Keeping it Simple with Jen
Home Organizing
MY PHILOSOPHY & METHODOLOGY
I have long held the belief that less is more. That pertains to books, clothes, pictures and personal belongings that we accumulate. One way I did this was, as soon as my daughter grew out of clothes, I gave them away to either friends or organizations that distribute to children in need. It felt good to do this.

Many of us realize that we have too much stuff. Many of us have worked at home for the past two years due to COVID, and we see more keenly what surrounds us, day in and day out.
It's not easy to let go of clothes, children's art work and toys from 10, 20 or more years ago, furniture or other items we've kept (but may not like) from our grandparents or older relatives. It's also a wonder how much paper collects in one's home. The hard part is figuring out how to reduce it and simplify our lives.
I am here to help.

It's difficult for all of us to set aside the time to go through all these items. I try and make it easy, fun and pleasant to help you and your family declutter rooms and organize what's in those rooms so that you feel a bit "lighter" and more in control. You keep what you really want to but don't feel burdened by what you feel you "ought" to keep. I also find ways to organize better what you want to keep (such as children's artwork or schoolwork).

We work together in manageable segments of time to help you feel better about your space and life.
